Management (Master’s Program)

Within the Management Master’s Program, students acquire in-depth and systematic theoretical knowledge in the field of management. They also develop practical and research skills, ensuring professional activities in various types of organizations and manifesting the skills necessary for successful leadership. During their studies, students deepen their knowledge and competencies in change management while developing the ability to handle complex organizational management challenges.

The Management Master’s Program aims to prepare competitive professionals equipped with the latest knowledge and skills, adapted to the contemporary, rapidly changing and challenging business environment. After completing the program, graduates will be able to engage in professional activities in various types of organizations, based on in-depth and systematic theoretical, empirical, and practical knowledge.

The master’s program ensures:

In 2024, the Management Master’s Program was accredited for a 7-year term, until December 30, 2031.

Program graduates are employed in the private and public sectors in leading and middle-level managerial positions across various functional areas of management.

Program graduates have the opportunity to continue their studies at the doctoral level.

Admission

Admission to the master’s program “Management” is based on general master’s examination results and internal university examinations.

Applicants who have obtained a bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably, but not mandatory – 0412 Finance, Banking and Insurance/0413 Management and Administration/0414 Marketing and Advertising/0311 Economics fields) and possess English language skills (reading ability) at minimum B2 level are admitted to the program.

To confirm English language competency, candidates must pass an examination administered by the university (mandatory only to confirm reading ability at the B2 level) or present one of the following documents confirming English language competency:

  1. a) Official internationally recognized language certificate showing B2 or higher level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR):
  • Cambridge examinations: Cambridge English Scale – 160-180; IELTS – Bands 5.5, Cambridge First, FCE, BEC Vantage, ILEC – Pass with B2; Aptis Test
  • Pearson Tests: PTE General, Level 3; PTE Academic 59-75
  • TOEFL iBT 72
  • EF SET: 51-60
  • Duolingo: 90-115
  1. b) Certificate issued by the National Assessment and Examinations Center – Certus
  2. c) Diploma confirming completion of an English-language bachelor’s program, indicating that the language of instruction was English

The rating score for master’s program candidates is determined considering the rating score obtained in the internal university examination (weight 60%) and the CV rating score (weight 40%). When reviewing CVs, emphasis is placed on education and work experience. The internal university examination involves analyzing field-specific cases in a written examination format.

Within the Management Master’s Program, students must accumulate a total of 120 credits/ECTS to obtain the qualification.

  • Mandatory courses – 84 ECTS
  • Elective courses – 18 ECTS
  • Master’s thesis – 18 ECTS
