The program prepares competitive specialists in the field of private (business) law who will possess in-depth knowledge of contemporary trends, challenges, and issues. Graduates will be able to independently determine effective ways of solving complex problems, develop original legal conclusions, and participate in the development of professional knowledge while adhering to ethical norms.

The program offers students an in-depth study of private (business) law, taking into account contemporary trends and challenges. Developing skills for independently determining effective ways to solve complex problems in private law, legal analysis, and formulating conclusions significantly increases graduates' competitiveness in the job market.
The School of Law's highly qualified academic staff and international lecturers, who are involved in the program, ensure educational quality and compliance with international standards. The program's diversified structure, which encompasses corporate law, financial law, and international and comparative private law blocks, enables students to acquire specialized knowledge in areas of interest to them.
The program also includes a mediation block (module), which allows students to acquire alternative dispute resolution skills that are increasingly in demand in the professional sphere. The practical component (12 credits) included in the program enables students to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world situations, thereby increasing their employment opportunities.
The School actively collaborates with international universities through the ERASMUS+ exchange programs, as well as with local companies regarding student internships and employment. Students participate in moot courts, conferences, olympiads, and seasonal schools at both local and international levels, significantly contributing to the development of their professional skills.
